Competency is another value indispensable to professionalism which we are committed to preserving. We work only with lawyers who are truly proficient in their fields and we support our members’ development to maintain and hone their expertise. Likewise, diversity is another consideration within the firm, to provide different perspectives and richness. At the same time, the firm accents the importance of just treatment and equal opportunities for its members.
