Ms. Özdeniz focuses mainly on corporate transactions and represents clients primarily from the construction, pharmaceutical and energy sectors. She provides consulting services to domestic and foreign clients for their transactions on commercial matters. Her experience includes drafting legal opinions and commercial agreements for both domestic and foreign clients, participating in the preparation of due diligence reports, company establishments, share purchase transactions and working as in-house legal counsel. She also focuses on renewable energy production regulation especially relating to wind projects, applying to EPDK (Energy Market Regulation Authority) and other local and governmental organizations for the relevant licenses, permits, and approvals.
