Mr. Canberk focuses on renewable energy production regulation, especially relating to hydro and wind projects, applying to the Energy Market Regulation Authority (EPDK) and other local and governmental organizations for the relevant licenses, permits, approvals, representing clients in negotiations with foreign investors regarding the joint development projects. He also represents clients in expropriations of immovable properties required for the construction of power plants. His experience includes drafting articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, buying option agreements, share purchase agreements and mergers and acquisitions related agreements, as well as sale and purchase agreements and other related commercial agreements.
