Ms. Yardımcı has experience in many areas of law including press, execution, capital market, obligations and trade-related lawsuits and related procedures. She is well versed in corporate law, such as establishment of companies, ordinary and extraordinary shareholders’ meetings and meetings of the board of directors, amendments to the articles of association of the companies, and increasing the basic capital of the company, as they formed a major part her responsibilities working in house for a holding company.

Together and in relation with these Ms. Yardımcı has experience in leasing, factoring and insurance regulations and the practice thereof, and the capital market matters and litigation related thereto.
