GSI Meridian’s intellectual property team offers clients tailor-made strategies to protect and secure their business completely while maximizing their returns. GSI’s intellectual property practice offers our clients legal advice on both dispute resolution and advisory services with a specific understanding of the sector the client is engaged in. While we are prepared for litigation, we also pride ourselves on reaching practical business solutions for our clients’ intellectual property issues to avoid disputes.
GSI Meridian’s intellectual property team represents corporations and follows various administrative processes before the administrative bodies in relation to intellectual property assets, such as the Turkish Patent Institute, the General Directorate of Cinema and Copyrights, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and has specific knowledge about internet-related/online offenses.
GSI Meridian’s intellectual property team also offers solutions to clients facing problems such as pirated products, software and albums. In such cases, GSI Meridian’s intellectual property team works in two groups; while the first group withdraws products from the market, the second group follows official complaint and related litigation procedures.
Among others, GSI Meridian’s intellectual property team works closely with clients from pharmaceuticals, automotive and media sectors and in collaboration with our M&A team. GSI offers services for both single processes and series of transactions.
