As part of our commitment to research, we encourage our lawyers to write articles about current topics in Turkish law. We publish many of these articles, which provide concise analysis of critical issues, in our quarterly publication Articletter. Launched with the slogan ‘Verba Volant, Scripta Manent,’ which literally means that spoken words fly away, written words remain, the aim of Articletter is to enhance our knowledge management policy, sharing information relating to various current legal issues. In this way, both our clients and our lawyers stay abreast of the latest developments in crucial sectors and have a chance to consider the implications of policy change before implementation.
