Proven to have the power of attorney to approve the following sale and confer the Hujjat on behalf of Zeynep, the daughter of Abdullah, who was identified by the recognition of the court as a resident of Kırvaç village of Devrekani town which is annexed to the jurisdiction of Kastamonu Sharia magistrate, by the court testimonials of Memiş Ağa (son of İsmail) and Monla Mehmet bin Mehmet (son of Gazi Ahmet), Hasan Ali, (son of Hasan Efendi who is son of Abdullah) declared in the gathering of the mentioned court by proxy and stated in presence of Hatipoğlu Mustafa bin Mustafa, from the residence of the same town and bearer of this document that;
‘I sold and transferred my share of a one-door house, a barn and plots of a loft with a room and harvest, of which I was in possession and had the right of use until this contract was made, located in the aforementioned town and bordered and distinguished by a public road on two sides and by the house of Hatipoğlu Mustafa with all auxiliaries with a firm sale contract which covers the offer and acceptance without any corrupting stipulation or collusion, after he has accepted the sale and taken the possession (of what was sold) and paid the agreed 600 quruş and I have collected the purchase consideration fully, I have by no means any connection or concern with the dwelling property and the said harvest area and it became the legally purchased property. May he possess and use it as he wishes.’
After the legal confirmation of what happened, it was drafted and recorded upon request on the 20th of Racab, 1287.
