The estate of Ali Ibn Abdullah, who passed away while he was a resident of Feliboz neighborhood of Bursa, was restricted to his widowed wife Sıdıka, daughter of Ahmet, and his older son Mehmet Nuri Efendi. Afterward, when his aforementioned wife, Sıdıka, also passed away, following the legal verification of Mehmet Nuri Efendi, his aforementioned son, as the sole beneficiary of the inheritance, Mehmet Nuri Efendi declared and stated by succession in the court, in the presence of Osman, son of Ismail, that

The wrecked property in the given neighbourhood, which was bordered by the house of Şerife Zeynep Hatun, wife of the muleteer, the Nasuhi lodge and its garden and public road on the four corners, and which includes a two-door house with just a hall, a kitchenette, a storeroom and two water basins, a small yard and a street gate, was in the possession of my deceased father, my heir until he deceased and as I inherited it following his death, I sold the mentioned and described property by succession, together with everything it includes, to the aforementioned Osman with a firm sale contract which includes the offer and acceptance of the both parties and excludes any depreciating stipulation or collusion for 500 qurush. After he paid 500 qurush as the price of sale and possession and I collected the whole payment from his hand in full, as of today, I have by no means any connection or relation with the described wrecked site and it became the purchased property of Osman. May he possess and use it as he wishes.

After the legal confirmation of what happened, it was drafted and recorded upon request on 7 Rabiul-Ahir, 1202
